    This sounds like a very interesting and unique error, haven't heard of anything related to these symptoms lately. If you would like, I can turn this into a ticket and we can continue the conversation there and I would then ask if you can do a video reproduction of the error so our team can get more info on it.

    Yes, please. 

    What do you mean by video reproduction? You want me to take a video of what is happening? I can do it no problem, but there's not that much that is happening. On the computer screen that's stuck, it just shows "locating server" loading screen. And that's pretty much it.

    Is there a way to clear account cache, or something like that? Because it seems that its stuck somewhere in between loading phases.
