One of my classroom accounts stuck on locating server.
As the title says. One of my classroom accounts stuck on "locating server" and cant join our main world. Have no problems on joining other worlds or creating new ones. It shows the account online in the world on the world creators computer, but none of the / commands work on it, nor can I kick it out. It's just on that particular account. because I have tried logging in with the same account on different machines and the same problem persists. All the usual tricks reloging, reinstalling doesn't work because its account related.
I am running out of ideas what else can I do? Any suggestions would be appreciated

What do you mean by video reproduction? You want me to take a video of what is happening? I can do it no problem, but there's not that much that is happening. On the computer screen that's stuck, it just shows "locating server" loading screen. And that's pretty much it.
Is there a way to clear account cache, or something like that? Because it seems that its stuck somewhere in between loading phases.
