Whistle started disapperaing

Hello Minecrafter!

I have a huge problem! The "whistle" tool to teleport your agent back to your position started to disapper from several accounts. More and more. Students are left in the world (we are in Lower Primary - Block Based Coding - Unit 4) without the whistle. It simply disappeared.

What is happening? Is it due to a recent update? Any solution???

Please HELP!!!

  Hey there!

  Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with Block Based Coding Unit 4.

  Are you able to pop into creative Mode and give yourself and whoever else would need it a -Agent Spawn Egg?

  Should do what you are after.
