Hello,

Students are losing their progress when trying to re enter the world from where they left off the previous day.  They will have completed their WAN and there is no que to do anything else, nor instructions on what to do next. The Laptop they are to sign out of is not there. THey are just "stuck". This also has happened to students transitioning from the first lesson to the 2nd.  Can you pls advise how students can get back to where they left off in these scenarios.

  Hey there,

  Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with worlds not saving properly.

  Are the worlds completely gone? Is it possible your IT admin has device wipe protocols set daily?

  Otherwise, I would recommend them to export after each session to an external drive or something like that to avoid loss of progress - https://educommunity.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360047555391-Import-Export-and-Manage-Worlds-
