Code Builder Tutorial: Agent won't move forward

I am in the How to, Tutorials, and Code Builder Tutorial, but the agent will not move forward. I can code other things, but when I try to get it to move forward, it just shakes its head no. On other worlds, the code works fine. I want to use this world for a lesson; it is happening with the students also.

  I'm sorry you're having trouble with the agent. That can be very frustrating.
  Sometimes the game can glitch and prevent you from being able to interact with your agent.
  As weird as this may sound, you will have to kill your agent and respawn him.

  To kill the agent, open your chat and type: /kill @c

  It should respawn automatically when you run your code.
