    Hey there!

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues.

We do not have an option currently to roll back to an older version. That could cause more mismatch errors with multiplayer games.

    How many devices affected?
    What make OS version? Make/Model?
    Has it worked prior?

I would also check to see if there are two versions installed. Multiple versions installed can also be a culprit for this error.

Finally, if the issue persists, backup your worlds, uninstall, and reinstall from the Windows Store version here: https://aka.ms/downloadmee because less permissions are required to run it.

Let us know how things go!

    Hey Mayah,

Sorry to hear. Same questions above for you too as for Aidan.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

I am having the same problem as Aidan. I'm trying to operate the app from the teacher perspective but it is no longer allowing me to sign in. I have tried to uninstall and redownload but the error continues. I've tried signing into my education.minecraft.net account to navigate into the app from there as well, but still no luck.

Have you confirmed there are not multiple versions installed?

I figured out how to do it, I just repaired the Minecraft file and then it worked.
