Game crashing
Long ago, I installed a texture pack that was made for bedrock 1.16, which means that it wasn't working with my minecraft education edition installation. The problem is, I can't disable the texture pack. Whenever I try to click any of the buttons, the game automaticly crashes. I've tried everything, from uninstalling and reinstalling to looking through the files to repairing it in control center, but nothing works. So I come to the support center to try and get a fix to my problem.

Hey there,
Sorry for the confusion here. We do not support custom mods, datapacks or texture packs due to the chance for corrupting worlds. I hope that helps clarify.

Hey Noah BUCAK,
As Danny mentioned, there's no support, but I'll try to make some suggestions.
It sounds like there's still files associated with that hidden somewhere on your system. If you're on a Windows Machine there's a couple of places files might be hiding out. Typically, resource pack stuff is hiding out under:
C:\Users\<youraccount>\AppData\Roaming\Minecraft Education Edition\games\com.mojang. I'd see if there's anything inside each of the resource pack and behaviour folders, and delete the packs you installed here.
Hope that helps.

Thanks for the help! I've had this problem for about a year now and now you've helped me fix it! Text can't convey how grateful I am. Thank you!
