    Hey there Sarah!

We did have Azure issues Monday that were quickly mitigated, but that may have played a factor in the  inconsistency.

Also, I would double check that all URL's allowlisted. From  - URLs Used by Minecraft: Education Edition – Minecraft: Education Edition Support  on antivirus and firewalls

Additionally, another possibility could be a brief disconnect perhaps. I would recommend clicking the "stop hosting" button and rehosting.

    Hope that helps!

    Hi Danny,

It was on and off Monday, Tuesday, and today.  My home network is all whitelisted. Would there be anything tenant-side my IT department would have to do?  (I'm working exclusively on the home network, not any work networks).

    Hey Sarah,

    Thanks for the info.

Yeah I would recommend your IT department check out those URLs to allow through proxies / content filters / firewalls, especially if you need to connect through a VPN.
