unable to sign into minecraft education due to native client file.

On IOS devices, everytime i enter my username (ankurp@nycstudents.net), and my password, instead of logging in, i have to download a file called nativeclient and there is nothing in it. any help here?

  Are you also investigating this issue to fix NYCDOE sign in problems due to the client file on personal IOS devices, because i use a personal Iphone and Ipad to play this game.
