Unable to log in with 1.19 version
After updating to version 1.19, some students are unable to log into ME.
The conditions for not being able to log in appear to be as follows:
・Accounts that have logged in on that PC in the past cannot log in.
・If the student has never logged in on that PC before, he/she can log in with either a previously created account or a newly created account.
Is there a past login info left somewhere in the PC that is causing a conflict with the new version? Please let me know how to handle this.

Hello, we normally see this error when users are attempting to login with personal accounts, or accounts that don't exist in the active directory for the organization. This article walks through this scenario: Troubleshoot the AADSTS50020 login error – Minecraft Education
It doesn't seem like this is the case for you, since you stated that these users have been able to login in the past. We'll need to investigate further, and get more information about your tenant. I'll open a ticket.
