Cannot connect to world
I host weekly sessions at my school. We are currently in the second year building our school. We occasionally have connection issues, but not causing any major problems. However, last week we have the attached message on my computer. It popped up once I opened our world. I could access the world and the students could not log on. I did make a copy of the world, however we were unable to access the copied world...Help!
What does this mean?

I have some schools in my district having similar issues. Their issues seem to be more related to connecting to other people's worlds. The only difference to David is the number at the end of my students is 20 (see below). We have checked all of the URL's and everything is enabled. This issue is only happening to some students within a class - the majority have no issues.
- iPadOS 16.3.1
- Minecraft Education v.1.18.45
- iOS Local Network permission set correctly
Any help would be appreciated.

Hey guys,
Sorry to hear. Do you guys have content filters or virus protection like Sophos or iBoss or the like?

Hi Danny, We use fortigate web filtering on our WAN, no on device software. All URL's have been enabled. Most students in the classes have no issue. This seems to be a factor for individual student devices.

Got it, thanks Robert.
Anything different about these devices compared to those that work?
Different OS's, or devices completely?
Are you able to test the devices in question off network? And also test with Fortigate off perhaps.
