Need help with Cross-state connection
I am aware that mc edu requires two players to have the same information after the @ in their email. Me from one state has a different “@“ to my friend from a different state.
I would like to know if there is a way me and my friend can play in the same world while having different region accounts

Yeah, so you are on the right track.
It is not quite "regionally based" as it is "tenant based". If you have two accounts on the same tenant, you will be able to play together. So if you wanted to play together, you could cancel the subscription to one of your current accounts and have the other person create another user and purchase another license on their tenant and you should be able to join using that new account.
