Floating Item Bug

I've been having a recurring floating item problem. When I die some of my items are floating and no matter what I do I can't seem to be able to get them. It's very frustrating please help.

  Hey there!

  Sorry to hear you are running into some issues.

  What device and OS version are you on?

  Is your inventory full perhaps? They will stay floating if your inventory is full.

  hello,I'm on my school Chromebook,and i believe I'm using chromeOS.As for the full inventory,no i do not have a full inventory.

  Thanks for the info Sonya,

  Do you notice any other network related issues? Lag / rubberbanding? 

  I would recommend trying on a different wifi network to see if the issue persists.
