Students returned to app main screen

We have a few students that are in a hosted world (classmate hosted) and after about 2 mins the app returns to the main screen.   It isn't happening to everyone, just a few.  All iPads are up to date with their iOS.

  Could they be on different versions of the Minecraft Education app?

  It was updated 3 days ago to version 1.18.45

  If they are allowed to update apps on their devices, I would check the app store and see if the app needs an update.

  Is there any noticeable difference between those that this is happening to and those it is not?

  Are you able to share a video reproduction (without any personal info)?
