Student builds disappearing in a joined world
I have a teacher in Cobb County that says he is hosting a Blocks of Grass Build Class template with his class. Several of his students are getting booted out of the world and when it does that all their work disappears too.
From the teacher, "The students work is disappearing. Their entire platform seems to reset, and returns to a blank grass platform. It seems to be random, Pad 6, pad 24, pad 22 all reset on my grass class world build."
Does anyone have any suggestions or thoughts? I haven't heard of this issue before. It seems that since the teacher is hosting the world the content wouldn't be gone but he says that it is disappearing when the students leave.

This is a very odd issue indeed, thanks for the report.
Just had a few questions to help us support you further:
1.) Is this only happening on the school network? Are we able to test on a different network?
2.) What happens to the devices that are mentioned, are those the ones that cause the reset to the world and others do not?
I am wondering what would make the hosts file not save any information, even if students drop.
3.) Is everyone on the most updated version of Minecraft: Education Edition? We can try to put the host and some students on the beta to test if the issue still occurs there:
