Minecraft Education 1.18.52 has broken my computers

Hi everybody. This is a problem i have been looking at for a while now and i though i would report this to Mojang. When launching Minecraft education on a windows 10 Dell or older(my experience).

I am a IT manger and many people have came up to me and I had no idea what to do. They said that the apps were flickering on and off and often that the pc would just shut down. A person even had is computer overheat and we had to buy a new one. Even as Administrator on all the devices, they do not respond at all. sometimes the other apps relate to Minecraft coming up with a error message when you try and open some other app or shortcut: You need to reinstall Minecraft to open this shortcut/app. Even with this,  I can not uninstall Minecraft.

What i am to do...
