This may be due to network filters. Are you able to make changes on the network/device you are using? Is this a school device? You may have a local filter installed on your device causing this issue.

We are using Chromebooks and we have the same issue. We have everything unblocked and have allowed the sites as the setup requires. Are there any other suggestions on how to resolve this?

The main thing for Chromebooks is to make sure that the game client is on 1.18.45 and that the OS version is updated to the newest released build.

We have the app set to Force Pin & Install in our Google Admin for the school managed Chromebooks. The app updates itself automatically. How can we force an update and how can we see which version we have inside of the Google Admin Console

You can manually update by going to the Google play store and downloading the version there (will be the newest version.) I am not familiar with the Google Admin Console but there should be a parse feature for you to check the devices and see the versions. Maybe an IT Admin will comment here, or I would suggest reaching out to the Google team.
