    Thank you for all the community reports about the login issue this morning. Over the weekend one of our login services had an issue that caused users to see an "Unable to Sign In" error requesting users to use an organizational account. Our engineering team addressed the underlying issue this morning.  If you had this error, your issue should now be resolved.

    Thank you for your patience during this outage and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused to you, your students, and your classrooms. If your issue persists, please open a ticket with the support desk and an agent will respond as soon as possible.

    Hi Jorden Fernandes can you give us more details about your issue?  A screenshot showing the error message would be very helpful.

    I haven't beenable to play for months due to this issue and sometimes it sends me here after just putting my email in

    I cannot log in as well. It was fine before. But when I log in today, it said "We were unable to sign you in. Please make sure you are signing in with your school or organizational account and try again. " 

    I bought a license and my students cannot login too. Please help me! Thank you

    It shows the same for me, Also before it had worked perfectly fine but now it shows that I dont have any connection
