Minecraft icon disappears on 7th gen iPad at school we use Jamf School

Hello, I work for a school and we use Jamf School to manage are iPads.  I used  Apple School Manager to Download Minecraft for Education licenses to Jamf

Then instructed Jamf to put Minecraft on iOS device and it loads with icon on screen and sweep hand load indicator and then icon disappears and can't program cannot be found.

Using IOS 15.6.1 on iPad Gen 7
