Cannot connect to the service you need right now. Active Directory Issue
I am trying to get Minecraft Education edition to load, and it is coming up with the error, "We cannot connect to the service you need right now. Please check your internet connection and try again." I have narrowed it down to what OU the user account is in. I have checked the GPOs and there aren't software restrictions based on one group to the other. I'm wondering if anyone can provide some feedback. Maybe there is something I am missing.

We have seen this issue occur when the users do not have "Read/Write permissions" for the application.
Could this be possible?How many devices affected?
What OS version? Make/Model?
Has it worked prior?I would also check to see if there are two versions installed. Multiple versions installed can also be a culprit for this error.
It is also worth checking all the URL's found here ( https://educommunity.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360047118992-FAQ-IT-Admin-Guide- ) are allowlisted on any virus protection programs or proxies
Finally, if the issue persists, backup your worlds, uninstall, and reinstall from the Windows Store version here: https://aka.ms/downloadmee because less permissions are required to run it.

I was able to figure it out. It looks like TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 were disabled through Group Policy. I do seem to have run into another issue. Should I create a new post or ticket for it?
