Account Error
Hi,
I bought an account but can't log in, it's expired error, I have authorized my students, all of them can't get in

I am sorry that you are unable to login. Can you send me a screenshot of what you see when you try to or tell me some repo steps so I can follow along? My guess is that trial licenses might be assigned to the accounts. The trials licenses and purchased licenses look very similar. Try unassigning any licenses from the accounts and then re-assign a purchased license and see if that helps.
