Agent will not wait for move action to finish before inspecting or using.

Description: If the player programs the agent to move up and then inspect block left (to look for lava or water) then the agent will execute the "inspect" action before finishing the "move" action.

Repro: In this code https://makecode.com/_FUXHev6jXCfb delete the "delay" in between agent move up and agent inspect. Next, position the agent so that as it is digging down it encounters lava on its left. You will notice that the agent won't detect the lava. 

Work around: when I put the delay in it works, the agent will finish the move action and then execute the inspect action. Either this is intentional and there is documentation missing for it, or it is unintentional, I am not sure. Either way it can be frustrating.
