Having a similar issue here. I have a hundred minecraft licenses and my student accounts are logging into hosted worlds as operators, despite the host setting all new joining players to "Member."

I was informed that the "faculty" qualifier on the licenses shouldn't matter and there's something deeper going on here. Any chance someone has run into a similar issue?
