Is MinecraftEdu still accessible? I have found the "official" MS version to be pretty much unusable at this point and would happily track down and old version of MinecraftEdu if I could.

We have 14,000 chromebooks in our school district. If Minecraft Edu was chromebook compatible, I could see us purchasing thousands of licenses.

I would have been able to convince my school to buy 100 licenses if it was Win 7 compatible from the start. I see no reason why it isn't. It's a 640x480 java window...
