Joining a world
New teacher using Minecraft for a class project.
I created a world and give the access code to my students to join. They enter the code but can't get access. They receive an error message. Can anyone help me with this situation please? Thanks

I am sorry the multiplayer is not working as intended. Can you explain the network situation? Are students connecting remotely or is everyone in the same classroom? Your IT department will need to check that all the URLs Used by Minecraft: Education Edition – Minecraft: Education Edition Support have been added to the allow list for content filters and firewalls. Also, that our application has been added as a trusted source to any proxies or antivirus software that is installed. Lastly make sure you are your students are all part of the same tenant (usually will have the same @domain at the end of email address you login with). If you are not, you will not be able to play together.
