Hey all, I'm doing a scaled solar system project. I'll post it once I've done it a couple of times and worked out all the kinks.
I am using the scale that Mercury is equal to one cube (1m) My biggest problem is that I can't make a big enough sun for the scale. I have tried using the Code Builder-Sphere maker under advanced/shapes, but the biggest sphere I can make is a 50 cube radius sphere. According to my research if Mercury is equal to one block (1 meter) then the sun is equal to a diameter of 286050mm / 286m or a radius of 143m. (The website if you want to play is Build a Solar System Model | Exploratorium)
Does anyone have access to or knows someone who has access to the WorldEdit addon? I need a flat world, with a hollow glow stone sphere at 0,83,0 the height is what's important X and Z not so much. At that height the bottom cube should just touch the ground at this point. I would do it myself, but my laptop is a county computer and I can't load WE. My desktop is bugged with the new version of 18.something, and the game crashes almost immediately. If any of you have the means and skills to make this, my students and I will be forever grateful.
