Student can't join
Good Morning,
before the summer break Minecraft Education was working perfect but since we got back non of my student can join the game when I host.. We are all in the same room and using the same network. Called out IT department but they said they have no idea. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
We tried to reinstall the game but it didn't help..

Sorry to hear multiplayer isn't working!
On August 9th we updated our services and in order to host or join multiplayer worlds, networks need to allow list a new URL. The new URL is https://*.minecraft-services.net/. It will be worth checking the other URL's as well with your school's IT. I recommend looking through this guide to double check the others: IT Admin Guide

Thank you for getting back to me. I have let known our IT department and hopefully they can fix it that way.
