My world is stuck in a diffrent version

So I recently downloaded the beta version of minecraft education edition on June 23. On my windows 10 and the first 3 months of it were great but 3 days ago. Ive been having issues with my worlds you see so I made ive been busy making a castle so I made a village. So when I spawned the villagers and started trading I noticed there trading menu was different like the old minecraft so I did my reserch and no luck can someone help me please
