Minecraft Education Edition not opening after reinstall
This just seemed to happen out of the blue...it had been working before just fine. Now, when I click on any icon for opening MC:EE, the window opens but is black and then the window just disappears. I uninstalled and used the uninstall tool posted in this page on another thread. It said it fixed the problem, so I reinstalled MC:EE, opened it and the same issue is occurring with the blackscreen and quit. Please help!

I am sorry to hear Minecraft Education is not opening. Can you provide device details like the model and OS version? Did anything occur like an update or a hardware change right before the issue started? I would try checking that you have updated your OS to its newest version, check your drivers for updates, and see if there is a firewall or content filter that may be interfering with the communication to our servers.

That depends on your device but for windows PCs you navigate to the control panel. Once there go to programs and features. Then find Minecraft Education and click it with the option to uninstall.
