iOS has some pretty good built-in head tracking features, but right now doesn't work well games like Minecraft. However, iOS lets developers build Head Tracking (and switch access) into their apps. It would be great if The Minecraft: Education Edition iOS app team took a look at the head tracking modality (and switch access) which could really benefit users with severe motor disabilities.
There are a few apps out there that have done a nice job with head tracking like the Jabberwockey Browser.
