Can't sign into Minecraft app on iPad

Hi,

We have purchased licenses, created accounts for our students in the admin console, assigned the Minecraft licenses to those students from the Microsoft Store for Education.  However, when we try to sign into the Minecraft app on an iPad using a licensed account we get an error that says "we were unable to sign you in.  please make sure you are signing in with your school or organization account and try again."

However, were able to sign into Minecraft on a Windows PC using the same account and it worked.

  Possible that web browser access is limited on the iPad? You’ll need the web to launch the login pop-up.
