screen bug

When i join my world and look around, it starts to glitch out. If i look down it forces itself to look up, if i look up it forces itself to look down. It does the same thing when i look side to side. I have turned down my sensitivity and uninstall the game to see if it fixed it but it didn't, i don't know what to do.
