Can't access to purchase
You offered to help me in person, but you never replied back. If you don't know how I access, at least you can give me some direction. I have sent you three emails to follow up. Please help.
I am very frustrated about the service I have been getting for the past 7 months. I felt I was finally directed to the right place and then you just disappeared on my related access question.
Again, my email got denies to access to your store, could you please help direct me who I should talk to to get the email address to your store and make purchase?

I am sorry that you are not receiving the help you need. I took a look at your ticket and saw a pending response. Also, as a reminder we do not work weekends so if your response was submitted Friday that may be why there was a delayed response.
