Code Builder is just showing white screen.
Hi,
The Code builder stopped working and is just showing a white screen. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalled Minecraft Education and also cleared all the cache. But nothing seems to be working. Have tried different lessons but there seems to be the same problem.

Hmmm, perhaps if you would kill your agent and then summon it again. Once you summon it, it should show a fresh screen and still have your stuff. Another thing I would do is press the three lines with the dots and press the button you pressed earlier. If you don’t remember which one it is, then you will just have to remember what the screen for it looked like and press each one until you find it.

I would also suggest that you make sure there are no pending updates and if you can update your Windows device to a or a newer OS. This resolves a lot of our user's issues with code builder.
