Parent - Issue logging into Minecraft Education
We have a code for my daughters MineCraft Education and a password from her school but no email. MineCraft Education is asking for the child’s email and not a code. My daughters school is Merri Creek Primary in Melbourne Australia. Can anyone help us understand what we need to ask the school.

Hi Luke Grange,
Technically what you're looking for is the students login information (so username and password). In most institutions, the email and username for students are often the same.
Hope this helps!

I am sorry for the delay in responding to this. If your school is part of the New South Wales (NSW) Department of Education (DOE) and you previously had access to Minecraft: Education Edition the school will need to request access through a process managed by the DOE. If the school has access, then they may just need to add an account for your child and then provide that account information to you. If you have further access/license issues, you should reach out to the NSW Technology team. I would just work with your school and provide what information they need for the DOE.
