Excuse me, but even with the jukebox slider all the way up, you can’t hear the discs. Why?

  for me it works so if you are useing a music discs in one type of world mabye the world is the problm how lonng have you had that world for? try making a new world and see if discs work in that world

  I'm not quite sure if minecraft education edition has the store like regular minecraft has but you ned to go into the store and search up music and download it.
