I am sorry to hear you are running into this. Minecraft Education Edition does not have a premium offer. From the sounds of it this is a different version you have purchased. I would contact the Java or Bedrock Edition support to see if they can resolve this for you. Minecraft Education Edition has licenses that users purchase for each user that is going to play and is an annual subscription. I hope this helps and let me know if I misunderstood something.
