Unable to renew licenses through the Microsoft Education Store
Hi Everyone,
I have been trying to get help from Microsoft for three days now, so I have decided to hop on the community hub to see if my issue might have happened to others. Basically, the former tech director did a direct purchase of licenses last year, but they have since expired. When I try to add a new credit card it looks like it processes, but then it just fails. In the store next to the app it says:
Billed annually
Disabled on 12/8/21
I would appreciate any tips since we are trying to get all the 8th grade on Minecraft tomorrow, but we are already thinking we will need a "plan B" at this point. - Bobby

I believe we're working on this in a ticket together. If you have further info for the case feel free to post them there. We are aware of some purchase issues with the Store for Education and have engineers investigating currently. Thank you for your patience while we troubleshoot.0 -
I am having the same issue. We purchase directly from the education store because we use Minecraft on Ipads, Chromebooks and IMACS so have to use the store to purchase. I even contacted support, someone looked at my screen and they still couldn't help me. I just now found another form to get help through this community but I have no idea if I will get help. I don't want to buy more, I just want to renew the licenses we have already assigned.
