Launching issue

Our school has been using the MinecraftEdu since 2015, we have bought about 20 licenses. We tried launching the MinecraftEdu classroom as before, but we couldn't launch it, could you please let us know what is going on? The version I has was before MinecraftEdu was purchased by Microsoft. Thank you  and please advise what we can do. We are verified non-profit organization by Microsoft and was told by Microsoft that our licenses are valid from 2015.

  Hi there Tony Li. MinecraftEDU is no longer supported by its developer and we are unable to provide support for this product. I apologize for the trouble.

  Hi, Andrew,

  I have checked with Microsoft and they told us that they would recognize the licenses and they will try to help me fix the problem and that is why they referred me to this website. 

  Could you please clarify?
