Redstone repeater with shorter delay
Good morning
I have reproduced in Minecraft an 8-Bit-CPU after a book by J. Clark Scott (But how do it know). Now my problem is, that due to the 1-tick-delay of the red stone repeaters, my CPU works unbelievably slow (about 1/30 Hz). I do not expect to reach a speed in the MHz oder even GHz, but a bit faster would be very nice. Therefore I wanted to ask, if it is possible that either you could add a config-property for this repeater delay, where I then could set it to a smaller value, or if it is possible to get the game's source code, so I could compile my very own version with an adapted delay.

Another possibility of course would be to eliminate (with a config-property switch) the reduction of redstone signal strength over distance to zero, so that the repeaters are no longer necessary.
