ONE student can't get onto shared world even though we can see him
One of my students has been on this world before, but now for some reason, he can't fully connect. He's ON, he's in the list, but he can't get past the Locating Server screen on his end. I can see his avatar forever staring forlornly down at his roof, frozen in place. He's tried uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft, power cycling his router, nothing works.
It DID work when we had him try a different test student account. For some reason, it's just his regular student account that gets stuck here.

It's only the one world, too. He can get onto other shared worlds with his regular account.

Do you know if the student is using a skin mod or anything different than the other students? One thing to try as a test is to create a new login profile for the device and have the student use that. Then open Minecraft Education and have them use their own login information and see if that resolves the issue. I am thinking that the student's login profile is corrupt on the device on the device.
