Trouble Assigning a New User.



  • The email address alone is not enough. You must assign a license to that user in the portal.

  • But that's what I did isn't it?

    I'm in the portal... I click 'Assign to users'... but I must 'invite' the user first. So I do the search and find my user, send the invite... click the invite link and get the message!

    Invitations have been sent.

  • I receive the Email with the invite link... but I get the message 

    Contact your IT admin to sign up
    There's no existing account for this email address. Ask your IT administrator to create an account for you. And then come back to try this product and finish signing up.
