Is there actual tech support for Minecraft Education or is it just this forum?

I don't care for my issues to be posted to a forum. I've been on hold for 45 minutes after speaking with two different microsoft departments (one chat one phone call). 

We purchased licenses for this product and it will not allow us to log in.
