    This may be due to settings done on an upper level. If this is a school device, they may have removed it. If it's a personal device, I would check with whoever may have access to block permissions or have uninstalled it. The prompt that it is denied tells me that it was removed on purpose and then blocked. If you can send some screenshots of the error and I may be able to assist further.

    This is a school device but other students in my class have it working fine my teacher has contacted support but they havent responded

    I will have a sub for the rest  of the year and my teacher does not have a way of contacting me sorry if I am bothering you but I really need help.
