How to force a respawn or reset for individual player in shared world?
I am using Minecraft EDU in my 1st grade class, and some of my kids are getting stuck in places due to their own error - usually digging a hole, ending up in a dark place, and unable to get out.
How can I get them out? I have tried the respawn command codes, to no avail.

If you're hosting the world, I'd recommend using the Classroom mode tool. You can just drag and drop their avatars where they need to be.
Alternatively, I'd use the teleport command: /tp @student ~ ~ ~ (replace student with exact name student has displayed in game. Also the tildes will be the XYZ coordinates relative to you... you can change to a specific XYZ location though.)
