My minecraft if not working

when i open minecraft and when i try to join a world after it says "Lets Go" is stops responding and closes the program. I hav tried restarting and re-installing minecraft education edition but it still happens? can i get some help?

  Can you include some information on what system you're playing on, the client version of the game, the version of the game the world is being hosted on, and if this is in a school network or a home network?
