I apologize for the confusion here. Minecraft: Education Edition does not support custom skins, mods, or texture packs. This helps keep Minecraft: Education Edition stable, as many of these mods aren't designed for Education Edition.

Find the skin folder in the following folder and try using your custom skin.

    ------------------------------

    windows10
    C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Minecraft Education Edition\games\com.mojang

    Chromebook
    Play files > games > com.mojang > minecraftWorlds

    iPad
    Minecraft Education Edition\games\com.mojang\minecraftWorlds

    Mac
    /Users/[USERNAME]/Library/Application support/Minecraftpe/Games/com.mojang

Hi @WonHong Pyo and @Isaias Guadarrama. Thank you for this information.

We want to remind everyone that Minecraft: Education Edition does not support mods, skins, texture packs. These are use at your own risk, as support will not be able to troubleshoot issues regarding to custom skins. If this causes an issue to occur a re-install may be required.
