App on ipad freeze
Normally when I delete the app, the students can log back in and the app will work. On some ipads, deleting the app and even shutting down the iPad will not work. All ipads have the latest IOS update.

Sorry to hear about this issue you're having. Can you provide me with some information to help us narrow this issue down? What device and OS are you running Minecraft Education Edition on? When you say you delete the app does this stop the freezing after re-install? Are the students unable to login or does the iPad just freeze when you open the app? Any screenshots or videos you can send will also be helpful.
