    Hi K'mari Johnson

Resource packs and add-ons are not officially supported for Minecraft Education Edition, and we caution the use of any of these.

While they're are many free resource packs available on the internet, we take no responsibility in their use; they main contain viruses or other malware, and additionally as they were developed for Bedrock edition, they may cause significant issues is Minecraft Education Edition, including corruption of worlds, or the game installation.

If you're going to explore this route, I would recommend exporting any of your world files first.

As far as commands go, these are fully supported, although I understand it can be very challenging looking for the correct way to go about using them. They're are a lot of mentors here with extensive redstone/command experience, and we'd be happy to help you with any questions you have on that subject. Let us know if you have a specific command or sequence you're having trouble with.
