    I am sorry that you are running into this issue. On August 9th we updated our services and in order to host or join multiplayer worlds, networks need to allow list a new URL. The new URL is https://*.minecraft-services.net/. If you don't know the process for allow listing in the network, you may need to work with your ISP for that procedure. This is an issue we have seen affect many of our users. 

    If that doesn't work and you are willing to give the Dev team details about your device and network let me know. I can create a ticket to see if we can find something that may help this issue. Let me know if this helps or changes the issue.
