Error AADSTS51004 - Account does not exist
Hi,
My students use their DOE accounts to sign into Minecraft Education Edition. All students but one can successfully log in. The student who is experience a problem encounters this error:
AADSTS51004: The user account [DOE email address of the students] does not exist in the 1849cb7-ef45-4561-8571-0c42e5f7ac07 directory. To sign into this application the account must be added to the directory.

Hello Basia-
It sounds like the student's account isn't set up correctly in your school's system. Is the student able to sign into other Office products, like Word or the office.com site?
I would reach out to your school help desk and ask them to check that the student email is set up correctly.
